皆川 英雄（みながわ ひでお）

ヒルクライム担当。タイヤマネージメントに長けた正統派のプロドライバー。キャリアはカイよりも上。口数の少ない寡黙な性格だが、冷徹で好戦的な一面を持つ。
重量級のスープラを駆りながらも、プロとしての矜持からタイヤマネージメント勝負を好む。卓越したテクニックにより、最終局面ギリギリまで啓介を追い詰めた。しかし、予想外の啓介の技量の高さを目の当たりにし、後方からプレッシャーを掛けてFDのタイヤを消耗させようとするが、先に自車のリアタイヤが完全に消耗したため、自らアクセルを抜いてギブアップする。

Hideo Minagawa (皆川 英雄 Minagawa Hideo) is a professional racer who appears in Initial D: Fifth Stage, represents Racing Team Katagiri as their uphill ace.

On Hakone, he races against Keisuke Takahashi and decides to go all out in an attempt to pressure Keisuke into making a mistake and capitalize, causing their tires to wear. He concedes the race after lightly tapping Keisuke's rear bumper.

His Toyota Supra is one of the heaviest sports cars to be featured in Initial D, weighing at around 1,5 tons, almost on par with Kozo Hoshino's R34 GT-R.
