【概要】

日産 フェアレディZ432 は昭和44年（1969年）に発売された。6気筒、24バルブDOHC、3キャブ、1989ccのS20型を搭載。最高出力は160ps／7000rpm、最大トルクは18.0kgm／5600rpm（ハイオク仕様）を発生した国内最強エンジンを搭載。当時Zシリーズのトップグレードとして設定された「最速モデル」がZ432だった。「432」というネーミングもこのS20型の「4バルブ・3キャブレター・2カムシャフト」からの命名だった。
サスペンションは前後ともストラットの4輪独立懸架で、ハードな走りに備え、硬めのセッティングとなっていた。ブレーキはフロントにガーリング型ディスク、リアはLT式ドラムを採用する。
