R200CLUB編に登場した、スカイラインGT-RにこだわるGT-R専門のチューニングショップ「スピードファクトリーFLATレーシング」の代表である「黒木 隆之（くろき たかゆき）」が搭乗するR33 スカイラインGT-R。
効率ばかりを優先した仕事に嫌気がさし、チューニングショップは開店休業。R200CLUBも脱退し、その後は一人で得意客だけを見ている。彼もまたZの魔力に惹かれ、10年のノウハウをすべてつぎ込んだスカイラインGT-R（BCNR33型）で挑む。その戦闘力はブラックバードをも凌駕するほど。

This car is a replica of the Speed Factory FLAT Racing R33 GT-R from Wangan Midnight.
I also created skins of all the WM R33s with the same stock look, since they're all similar.
(Highbeams are on by default, press L key to switch high/low.)
