BMW史上最もパワフルなV型10気筒（507馬力）エンジンを搭載したBMW「M6」。完璧な防音・断熱機能を備えたソフトトップは、リア・ウインドはガラス製、約25秒でルーフ収納部のカバーの下に収納される4シーター設計となる。7速SMG Drinelogicシーケンシャル・マニュアルトランスミッションを採用。油圧装置と各種センサーを統合したコントロール・ユニットで構成され、ごく短時間での変速動作と、高知能化された変速モードによる安全で効率的なドライビングを実現する。クラッチ・ペダルが無いため、シフト操作時でもアクセルペダルから足を放すことなく、センターコンソールのシフトレバーとステアリングホイール上のパドルスイッチのどちらでも変速操作が行える
