【概要】

フェラーリ・250GT ベルリネッタ・パッソ・コルト (Ferrari 250GT Berlinetta Passo Corto) は、イタリアの自動車メーカー「フェラーリ」が1959年から1962年まで生産した自動車。通称は250GT SWB (Short Wheelbase Berlinetta)。
ホイールベースをそれまでの2,600mmから2,400mmへ短縮。このため、従来モデルをパッソ・ルンゴ (Passo lungo) 、英語ではLWB (Long Wheelbase Berlinetta)、改良型をパッソ・コルト (Passo Corto) 、英語ではSWB (Short Wheelbase Berlinetta) と呼んで区別するようになった。
エンジンは初期のストリートバージョンがティーポ128、中期以降はティーポ168とよばれるユニットが搭載されていた。キャブレターは標準がウェーバー38DCLを3基搭載し、圧縮比9.2：1から240～250馬力を発生していた。スペックは水冷60度V型12気筒2,953ccで各シリンダー当り2バルブを持つSOHCが採用されていた。

The Ultimate Development of the SWB Berlinetta.

Ferrari was determined to win the 1961 International GT Championship for Constructors and produced a handful of very special cars to achieve it. Often referred to as SEFAC Hot Rods or Comp 61s, these cars were lighter and more powerful thanks to the use of several enhancements. These included a special frame using smaller diameter tubing with supplementary bracing to increase rigidity, lightweight body, aluminum bumpers, Plexiglas side windows, raked windscreen, 168B/61 engine fitted with 250 TR cylinder heads using revised cam timing, larger intake ports, six Weber 46 DCF/3 carburetors, and competition exhaust. These cars produced between 285-295 horsepower at 7000 rpm and depending on gear and axle ratios could achieve 160 mph at LeMans. There are generally considered to have been 20 or 21 SEFAC Hot Rods built.

SEFAC is the official abbreviation of Società Esercizio Fabbriche Automobili e Corse; the Ferrari factory in Maranello.

**Important** A four and five speed gearbox has been implemented as per early-1962 homologation, change in the GEARS pit menu. To allow this in the AC engine, a fifth gear must be included for the four speed which has been given the same ratio as fourth.
